Main Features:
1. Precision BT40-150 high-speed direct-connected spindle (12000rpm), optional 8000 rpm
2. All three-axis supports adopt imported large-scale precision roller linear rails, which have super rigid support, good accuracy retention, and particularly stable operation.
3. XYZ three axes are all driven by imported precision ball screws, with a large pitch design, and a maximum fast moving speed of 48m/min. With advanced screw pre-stretching assembly technology, the screw has low thermal deformation and high transmission and positioning accuracy.
4. Screw support bearing adopts NSK precision screw special bearing, and the screw lock nut adopts the Taiwan Yingxi brand to improve the support and pre-tightening accuracy of the screw, and further improve the overall machining accuracy of the machine tool.
5. All three axes adopt a high-precision laser interferometer and bullbar to finely compensate the screw pitch error and backlash so that the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the three axes are further improved.
6. Automatic centralized lubrication system. Lubricate the moving parts such as the lead screw and the guide rail through the set oil filling time interval and oil filling time to ensure the normal use accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
7. Full enclosed way covers, effectively protect moving parts and increase their service life.
